Responding to climate change

                Climate change is a very alarming thing, because as far as we all know the concern of it is the dropping of the cold temperature in our atmosphere. Smoke from factories,cars and power plants helps our ozone layer to get thinner. As a result our temperature gets hotter, and this cause the ice burg's in north pole and south pole to melt easily the volume of the water increases.the typhoons, storms,hurricanes  and other calamities we are experiencing gets stronger and worst.

                We should avoid using CFC or chlorofloro  carbon and other harmful materials for us to help reduce the climate change that is happening to our atmosphere.

"my teacher my hero,my guide my inspiration"

            Teacher's are considered heroes because they save us from being ignorant and teach us the things we need to know, and we need to remember. We must respect and adore them because they sacrifice a lot of things just to teach us and share us the knowledge they know. They are not just simple people in our community, they are,they are heroes for they do things just to give all their knowledge on their chosen field. They don't just teach us how to divide, multiply, subtract or to add either, to formulate synthesis, or answer the given analysis, but they also teach us good manners and right conduct, discipline and and the responsibilities we must know. They are our s4econd parents in the school and our heroes.

my 2nd parents are my hero

             All of us have his/her own hero now a days. For me my modern day hero are our teachers.Because they were the one who teaches us the things that we need to know,and they have the patience to teach students despite of the students bullyness  and unrully attitudes. They do all their best just to teach and share the knowledge they know on their chosen field.

             They do all the means to go to school  even if its  raining,or if there is a stormy weather. They come to school & sacrifice, they are our ''2nd
 parent's".

My reaction on president Aquino's SONA

           Some people say that president noynoy have done nothing but to continue what the former president gloria arroyo have started, but many people also believe that he works better than the last president.But for me i cannot still see what was improved in our country.The price of gasoline is increasing,the price of the other goods also increases.There are still many people who don't have enough job and a lot of street children who can't even step in school.There are many squatter's and unstopable issues concerning the government,the church,and the public/private employees.Even if this happen so,his term is not yet done and he's still have 5 remaining years to prove what he can really do to improve our countries economy.

breast feeding what have you got?

            Breast feeding is very nutritious, it is full of vitamins and minerals that can't be found in any other commercial milk. Those milk are from cows goats and female bull.Breast feed is healthy and good especially for new born babies, they can help them grow fast have a higher immunity and stronger body, researchers and studies have proven  that those children who is feeded by their mother's breast milk have a stronger bond, and better relationship. So if i were you would chose to feed my baby using my breast milk in the future. 

A letter to mr. president

           First of all, i would like to greet you a pleasant day. sir, i wrote you a letter because i want you to know the problems and concerns of our school.
             Our School Ilocos Sur National High School is in need of facilities such as, CR, chairs and books. The population of the students studying here in our school is increasing, that's why we are asking for your help and assistance through this letter. we are hoping for your response in this matter.
